International development professional with about 13 years of technical experience in civil society development, advocacy, monitoring and evaluation, grant administration and project management and implementation. Served in various management roles for projects in Armenia and Georgia including Deputy Chief of Party for a civil society project in Georgia and M&E and Program Learning Director for a civil society and local government project in Armenia. Supervised M&E and program learning teams responsible for identifying and integrating best practices and promoting lessons learned across the organization; coordinating development of effective M&E systems based on the organization’s and donor requirements; and tracking project implementation processes and successes based on the organizational indicators. Conducted assessments and trainings for staff and local partners of Counterpart International, Global Fund, Ghana AIDS Commission, Mission East Danish NGO, and others in Armenia, Afghanistan, Kazakhstan, Egypt, Ghana, Bangladesh and Sri Lanka.
